The Mini Cooper Clubman JCW R55 featuring the 1.6L turbocharged engine is an amazing vehicle to drive. The power and performance of the R55 chassis makes it one of our favorite Mini vehicles. The simple ECU flash can take your Mini from an already nimble driving machine to a powerful wheel spinning vehicle. The VR Tuned ECU flash adds more horsepower and torque over the factory JCW upgrade. Simple bolt on upgrades such as an exhaust, downpipes, intake and intercooler will make your Mini overall quicker! The characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that your Mini craves for. With our new ECU tuning, you are able to gain improved performance in the engine over stock. The biggest difference when you flash your Mini is the overall improvement of the power curve. Your Mini will have much better throttle response no matter what type of transmission you have. Where your Mini is sluggish off the line waiting for the Turbo to spool up, your newly flashed Mini picks up right away and pulls harder through the mid and top end RPM range.

How to Flash Your ECU?

• Use the VRTuned iFlash OBDII device. This REQUIRES a Windows PC.  You can flash between the stock and tuned at anytime. See Instructions Here.
• Bring your vehicle to our facility where we can use our Master Tool to flash your vehicle via the OBDII port.

Options:

• You can select to get one or both Stages of our Tune.  The Stage 2 is usually for those looking to maximize the performance of their vehicle.  You must run a performance exhaust and 93+ octane. Switching between files can only be done with our OBDII flashing tool.
• For this ECU Flash, we also offer the following features that are optional and can be selected:
• Pops and Bang Burble Tune
• Speed Limiter Raised - VMax
• Some features not listed can be requested during the File Upload process
